Endorsed on verso "M[a]d[e] the wyfe of William Oliver hath done such pennance and made such confession as was inioyned unto her by these presentes the daye and month above said in wytness where of wee have set to our handes the last daye of ffebruary in Anno 1595 (i.e., 1596). per me Christoferum Timmye clericum, William Johnson, Ewarde (his mark) Tomyson, Churchwardens."
Probably written, signed and addressed (on verso) "To my lovinge frend the Curate of Parson Drove give thes" elsewhere, and endorsed in Parson Grove (near Wisbech).

Summary: 

Requiring Katharine Oliver to stand before the congregation of Parson Drove (near Wisbech) on "the xxijth daye of February next comminge" (12 February 1595/1596) and confess "I have bene a scoulder and a slaunderouse person and a swoer of strife amongest my neighbors to the breach of Charity." Signed "Concordat cum Actis Curie Ita testor Tho[mas] Amy Notarius publicus."
