Binding: 
16th-century German (likely Würzburg region) blind-stamped pigskin over wooden boards (33.5 x 22.5 cm.), sewn on 3 supports. Plain paper front pastedown, and rear pastedown is a leaf from Nicolaus de Lyra's Postilla (Strasbourg: Mentelin, not after 1472), ISTC in00133000 (not printer's waste, a fully rubricated leaf); decorative endbands. 2 clasps, wanting. Leather tabs on fore edge.
