Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: Multiple marginal notations and inscriptions in various hands, damaged by paper trimming, 15th-16th century (leaves M6v (duplicate), N2v, N7v, P3v, T8v, V1r, x2v, y2r, [and]5r, and bb1r).
