Binding: 
Modern gilt-tooled full black goatskin over paper boards (29.2 x 21 cm), sewn on 5 supports by Riviere & Son. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; decorative endbands; all edges gilt.

Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Rubricated, red and blue lombards and red capital strokes; the pages have been washed and most of the blue abraded. Annotations: No marginal notations in text. Manuscript quire signatures, mostly washed and trimmed away.
