Modern full brown goatskin over paper boards (30.5 x 21 cm), sewn on 5 supports by Brugalla, 1944. Plain vellum pastedowns and endleaves, with plain paper endleaves; decorative endbands.

Inscriptions/Markings:

Hand decoration: Rubrication not required. Annotations: Early Spanish marginal notations, primarily only in first few quires. Early title inscription: Espexo delavida umana, and unidentified 17th/18th-century inscription perpindicular to text in lower margin (leaf a2r).
