16th/17th-century Italian (Venice Capuchins) vellum over paper boards (33.5 x 23 cm.), sewn on 5 supports. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; plain endbands. Manuscript title with floral ornament that matches other books from Venice Capuchins.
Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Illuminated white vine initial and border, with armorial in laurel wreath in bottom margin (leaf [2]/2r); rubricated, alternating red and blue initials and paragraph marks, red running headlines and foliation. Annotations: Minimal contemporary marginal notations throughout.
