Proofs of an earlier redaction of the text survive in Freiburg i.Br. Three copies are known with printed letters of dedication added: to Cardinal Bessarion in Venice, Marciana, to Charles de Bourbon in Paris BN, and to Sixtus IV in London BL. Five quires are affected by cancels made in the course of printing (Veyrin-Forrer(Sorbonne), pp. 215-19).
