The woodcut on leaf [21]/5v (xxxv of part II) is printed over 3 paragraph marks printed in blind, suggesting that the woodcut and type were not printed together.
Printed foliation is on recto and verso.
PML copy has Resurrection woodcut on leaf [17]/9v (Schreiber V 4947a). Alternate setting of leaf [35]/1.10 (clxxi/clxxx of Part II).

19th-century blind-stamped in an antique style calf over paper boards (31.5 x 22 cm), sewn on 4 supports by Winstanley of Manchester. Marbled paper pastedowns and fly leaves, with plain paper fly leaves; edges colored red.

Hand decoration: Rubricated, sporadic capital strokes and underlining with some printed initials painted in red. Annotations: Minimal notations in text. Contemporary notes on leaves [34]/10v, [35]/10v, and [36]/10v note incorrect binding order.
