Description:
Christ: Mocked—Three men mock Christ, who has a rayed nimbus and is wearing a purple garment. One of the men extends a cattail to Him. Two others press down on the crown of thorns with sticks. In the background behind a balustrade, two men, one of whom is Pilate, look on. A view of buildings is visible from a window on the back wall of the room. The scene is framed by a decorative border.
