C'est avec orgueil qui je me nomme son sincère ami et que je le prie de me garder un bon souvenir. Paris, 15 mai 1842. A. Schindler."

Notes: 

Part of the souvenir album of music autographs compiled by Gustave Vogt (1781-1870). The album contains entries by 63 musicians (one unidentified) and is dated Paris (a few are without locations), 1831-1856, most come from the 1840s.
The first 8 measures of the oboe theme from the third movement in the hand of Anton Schindler.
