The Continental Army
My story is about the Continental Army and I illustrated it by drawing images of the soldiers who fought against the British Army. I loved drawing the most and mixing different paints so I could get new colors. In social studies class, we learned that when the American Revolutionary War began the colonial revolutionaries did not have an army, so they formed it. My goal was to show how the army courageously fought and claimed victory for the newly formed United States. My favorite part is the image of George Washington because I drew him on his favorite horse Nelson.
